Lead Spin ("we", "our", or "the App") is developed to help Shopify merchants capture leads and grow sales through interactive gamified spin-to-win discount popups. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify store.

When you install and use Lead Spin, we access and store certain types of information:

• Merchant Store Data: Store myshopify domain, store name, email address, currency, time zone, and Shopify API access tokens necessary to authenticate and operate the App.
• Subscriber & Lead Data: When a visitor interacts with a spin wheel on your store and submits their information to claim a discount, we collect their email address, optional phone number, timestamp, and the prize won.
• Campaign & Analytics Data: Aggregated campaign interaction metrics, including popup impressions, wheel spin counts, coupon redemption events, and conversion counts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Lead Spin popup and admin interface.
• Automatically generate and assign unique Shopify discount codes to winning store visitors.
• Display lead capture analytics and subscriber lists to store merchants.
• Comply with legal obligations and Shopify App Store requirements.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your customers' personal data to third parties. We share data solely with trusted infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud / Firebase and Shopify APIs) strictly necessary to deliver the service securely.

If you or your customers are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data.

Lead Spin fully supports and responds to all Shopify mandatory GDPR webhooks:

• Customer Data Request: Allows merchants to view customer data stored by the App.
• Customer Redact: Automatically deletes individual customer records upon request.
• Shop Redact: Completely purges all shop data, campaigns, and subscriber records 48 hours after app uninstallation.

6. Data Retention and Security

We implement industry-standard encryption, HTTPS, and secure server environments to safeguard all stored information. We retain merchant and subscriber data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services.
